To encourage and support educational achievement within the Latino community, Albany LatinFest will hold a 50/50 raffle the day of the festival.  One lucky person will win 1/2 of the money we collect.  The rest of the proceeds will be donated to NY Latino Dollars for Scholars (www.nylatinodfs.org) to help Latino students pursue their post-secondary education goals.
